Your GDPR rights
If we process your personal data, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
The exact scope of each right depends on the legal basis, the type of data and the purpose of processing, but every request is reviewed individually and in good faith.
- the right to access the data we process
- the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- the right to erasure where there is no lawful ground for continued processing
- the right to restriction of processing in certain situations
- the right to object where processing is based on legitimate interests
- the right to data portability where legal conditions are met
- the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, where applicable
How to submit a request
You can submit a request by email to [email protected], by phone at +385 98 937 0909, or by post to Franje Bužanića 14, 42204 Turčin, Croatia. To protect privacy, we may ask for additional identity confirmation before sending a response or a copy of personal data.
It helps if your request clearly states which communication or data it concerns and whether you are asking for access, correction, erasure or restriction.
Response timelines
Requests are handled without undue delay and no later than one month after a valid request is received, unless the law allows an extension because of complexity or the number of requests involved.
If additional time is needed, you will be informed about the reason for the extension and the expected response timing.
Fees and manifestly unfounded requests
Data subject requests are generally handled free of charge.
If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially because it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When a request may be limited
Certain rights may be limited if continued processing remains necessary for legal compliance, defence of legal claims, mandatory record-keeping or other lawful reasons recognised by applicable law.
If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we will explain the reason and the scope of any limitation.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your personal data has not been processed lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) as the competent supervisory authority in Croatia.
We still encourage direct contact first so the matter can often be resolved quickly, clearly and without unnecessary misunderstanding.
