Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 10:00, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in advance with the host.

Guests are kindly asked to share an approximate arrival time in advance so access and key handover can be arranged smoothly.

Damage deposit

A EUR 300 damage deposit is required on arrival. This charge is collected in cash.

The deposit is refunded at check-out, and the full amount is returned in cash after the property inspection has been completed.

Guest count and visitors

The stay is permitted only for the persons listed or approved in the confirmed reservation. The number of people using the property must match the number agreed in advance.

Additional visitors, gatherings or use of the property by people not included in the reservation are allowed only with prior agreement.

Quiet enjoyment and events

Holiday Villa Rita is intended for private stays, relaxation and calm gatherings in line with the confirmed reservation.

Parties are not allowed, and guests must not create noise between 22:00 and 09:00. Loud events, commercial shoots or activities that disturb safety, privacy or the surrounding neighbourhood are not permitted without explicit prior approval.

Pool, wellness and safety

The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and other wellness amenities are used at the guest's own responsibility and with increased care, especially when children are present.

Children and anyone who requires assistance or supervision must remain under the continuous supervision of a responsible adult in all areas involving elevated safety risk.

• do not use wellness amenities under the influence of alcohol or in an unsafe health condition
• report any accident, malfunction or safety concern without delay
• follow the host's instructions for safe use of the property and equipment

Careful use of the property and equipment

Guests are expected to use the villa, furniture, decor, wellness amenities and exterior spaces carefully, neatly and responsibly.

Any significant damage, malfunction, unusual mess or missing equipment should be reported as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly and further loss can be limited.

Children and guest registration

Children of all ages are welcome. There is no age requirement for check-in.

Cots and extra beds may be available on request, subject to availability and the selected accommodation option.

Smoking, pets and special arrangements

Smoking is not allowed and pets are not permitted. Rules relating to decorations, extra services or special occasions should be confirmed before arrival, especially where the booking was made through an external platform.

If house rules differ between booking channels, the rules confirmed in the final reservation and direct agreement with the host will prevail.
