We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail, photograph, description or availability note will remain unchanged at all times.

Enquiries, reservations and stay confirmation

Sending an enquiry through any published contact channel does not automatically create a confirmed reservation, price, date hold or additional service.

A stay is considered confirmed only after direct confirmation from the host or confirmation through a relevant external platform, in line with the conditions of the final agreed reservation.

At the time of this update, the website does not include its own booking engine and reservations are arranged primarily through direct communication.

Permitted use of content

Texts, photography, logos, visuals and other website materials are intended for personal, non-commercial information about the property and its offer.

Copying, redistribution, public republication, downloading or commercial reuse of that content is not allowed without prior approval unless explicitly stated otherwise.
